CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • BURN

    This signature class was designed by Krista. It is a combination of weights, plyometrics, agility, and high intensity interval training.

  • RIPPED

    A cardio/power conditioning program. The goal is to increase aerobic fitness and endurance by keeping the heartrate elevated through 45 minutes.

  • BOOTCAMP

    This is a popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Please be prepared for some high intensity training!

  • TRX CIRCUIT

    Combine TRX training with plyometrics and power in this Boot Camp style workout. You will engage all your muscles, build strength and get the heart rate pumping!

  • TRX STRENGTH

    TRX Strength is purely a strength class using two stations, TRX and barbells. Increase your reps, increase your strength.

  • PEDAL

    A calorie burning cardiovascular spin workout led by a certified instructor. We will have you climbing, sprinting, running, and jumping to energizing music!

  • KETTLEBELL SPORT

    A powerful and effective workout. Kettlebell sport uses only a kettlebell for the entirety of the workout. Build strength and condition your body!

  • BARRE

    Designed to tone, trim, and transform the body. We bring in a fusion of ballet, band work, Pilates, and light weight training. Barre targets hips, thighs, glutes and core.

  • LEVEL UP

    Work every single muscle in your body with this total body workout. This is an intense strength training class designed to get you results.

  • CUT

    A strength training class specifically choreographed to use free weights and your body weight to maximize your strength and define your muscles.

  • POWER SCULPT

    Non-stop calorie burning workout! We are bringing power and sculpt together for an innovative circuit that incorporates light weights, gliders, brands, and body weight movements.

  • BOOTY CAMP

    A resistance training class that will focus on lower body and core muscles! We will firm and tighten the glutes, legs, and abs.

  • PENALTY BOX FIT

    This is a complete full body workout based around a patented fitness product that is an agility grid and hurdle all in one. Get ready to work in this high intensity class!
