Arriving To Your First Class
Thank you for choosing FitBody!
If you are a new client, we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class to complete your waiver and get acclimated to our facility.
If you are unable to signup for class and only receive an option to get on the wait list, please do not come to class without receiving notification that you have been added to the class from the wait list.
That means the class is full and we would not want anyone showing up without being able to attend class.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you are unable to make it to a class that you booked, you may cancel up to 12 hours prior to the start of that class time without losing that session. If cancelled 12 or more hours prior to class time, the class will be added back into your account.
If you fail to cancel 12 or more hours prior to the start of class, or you don’t show up to a class that you booked, a session will be deducted from your account and you will not get the opportunity to get that class back to use at another date and time.
What if my package expires and there are unused classes?
If you do not use all of the classes in your class package prior to the expiration date, those classes are no longer available for use.
Please purchase packages or memberships that fit your level or commitment.
No Extensions, No Exceptions.
Setting Up Your FitBody App
Download our app from the app store to access the most updated version of the schedule, and to book your classes/buy your packages. Please enable notifications upon setup. We will not spam you, but you will be notified of class changes or cancellations via email, text, or both depending on your setup preferences.
Pricing, Return and Refund Policy
As we constantly strive to to provide the best experience at FitBody, our pricing is subject to change without notice. This will not affect your membership pricing as that is a commitment for 1 year from your date of purchase.
At this time we do not process refunds.
If you have not started using the services you would like returned, we can credit the full amount to your FitBody account.
You can use your account credit for anything including classes, packages, gift cards and merchandise.
Account credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Weather Cancellation Policy
We will occasionally close due to weather conditions. If you book a class through a package and we close due to the weather you will get the class added back to your account.
If we don’t cancel a class that you booked you will lose the class if you don’t show up regardless of the weather.
If you are unsure about driving to class due to outdoor weather conditions we recommend that you cancel your class reservation outside of our 12 hour cancellation window.
You can always choose to re-reserve your spot in the class if you determine that you are able to drive weather permitting.
Unfortunately we cannot control the weather, but for any clients who have packages that expire on a day that we had to close due to inclement weather, we will happily extend their packages an additional day so they can have use of their class. We will not extend it numerous days so you can take a specific class. We offer over many classes per month, so feel free to take one of our other amazing classes!
What happens if the class I booked gets cancelled?
Our schedule is subject to change at any time. If there is a class that you booked and it gets cancelled you will be notified via email of the class cancellation, up to an hour prior to the class start, and the class will be added back to your package account for you to use at a future date and time. If you book a class with an unlimited membership, you will not have additional days added to your membership.
If you have If you booked a class and there is an instructor change the 12 hour cancellation policy still applies even if the instructor change occurs within our 12 hour cancellation window.
There are cubbies in our facility where you can place your personal belongings during your class. Please note that FitBody by Krista is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings that are stored in our cubbies or facility.
Are there showers?
There are no showers, but there are large bathrooms if you need space to get changed or freshen up.
