Online Training Programs
Can't make it to FitBody in person? We have you covered. FitBody offers a variety of online training programs. We have a 6 week shred program (perfect for a quick tone up before summer!), two separate 12 week training programs; phase one and phase two, as well as an at-home workout guide. We've got something for everyone! Take a look at the program descriptions below and find the one that is best suited for your needs.
Burn is a 6 week HIIT based workout plan. Also known as high intensity interval training. HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. These workouts should last no longer than 30 minutes. With HIIT, you not only burn a lot of calories during the work out, but because of the high intensity workouts you will continue to burn calories throughout your day. Burn will help you build lean muscle, lose fat, and push your limits.
This is a beginning program that you can do in the comfort of your own home. The at-home program was created to ensure you are getting in an efficient workout, in a short amount of time without having to go to a gym. There may be times when you are not in the mood to work out, or struggling to complete certain exercises, and that's okay! We have all been there. Just remember why you started and use that to stay motivated. Find your reason, set goals and push through those difficult days. It will all be worth it in the end.
This program is not recommended for beginners nor anyone new to working out with gym equipment. This program requires a thorough understanding of the moves and transitions used throughout the exercise plan. It is broken up into 3 phases over a course of 12 weeks. It involves knowledge of proper body mechanics and appropriate weights for your skill level. This program also includes a 12 week meal plan designed by our Registered Dietitian. The goal for this program is to get stronger, leaner and embrace the changes you will go through. Don’t forget to have fun and never ever give up!
Lets take things up a notch. Phase 2 is designed to get you to level up. After completing phase 1, this program is designed to challenge you and get you out of your comfort once again. You will get another 12 weeks of strength and cardio workouts broken up into 3 phases. You will also receive a 12 week meal plan designed by our Registered Dietitian. You will need access to gym equipment. Nothing is more empowering than having self-confidence. You will transform physically and mentally over the next 90 days. Let’s do this!
